Burger mania has swept through the capital as Burger Wellington officially lands for its 12th year. The three-week burger celebration is an annual highlight of Visa Wellington On a Plate, and this year sees more than 200 venues serving up creative burger and beer matches. Forget your average beef and bun — here you'll find peanut butter patties on doughnut buns, hot dog-topped burgers and one creation which is literally served on fire.

ATLAS — WAGYU, TRUFFLE AND BORDELAISE

What is it? Wagyu chuck with truffle flavoured Zany Zeus mascarpone, smoked bone marrow and Bordelaise sauce in a pine nut brioche bun.
