Mor Micro-Bakery Is Delivering Handmade Christmas Treats Right to Your Door This Christmas

Committed to bringing something sweet to Friendmas and now you're in a flap? We've all been there — the festive season is all about delicious feasting but we're not such big fans of slaving in the kitchen. Luckily local micro-bakery Mor is providing some sweet relief by delivering delicious desserts right to your door this festive season

Known for its freshly baked selection of sweet (and sometimes savoury) treats, Mor is run by pastry chefs and friends Laura Metcalf and Kelsie Culpan, who deliver the goods around Auckland from Wednesday to Saturday.

For the festive season, the duo are supplying a special Christmas Collection for events and "family shindigs", with orders open now for deliveries starting December 1.

If you're a traditionalist, you can nab a few boxes of boozy Christmas mince foldovers or the tangelo-marmalade frangipane tartlets. Got a group to impress? Opt for the chocolate torte, which comes with a "naughty" rum anglaise spiked with Honest's six-spiced rum for some extra Christmas "oomph" (their words).

Orders are one now for treats to be delivered from December 1 right up until Christmas Eve, so get your orders in ASAP.

If you prefer your treats bought in person, head along to Roses on Karangahape Road this Sunday, November 20, where Mor is popping up from 8am until sold out. On the menu are signature treats like the almond croissant and pain au chocolate, as well as vanilla and strawberry rosettes, pork amd fennel sausage rolls, vegetarian (not sausage) rolls, olive focaccia and more. We'll see you there.
