Overview

It's finally Parnell's turn to taste the brunch Newton locals can't get enough of.

Establishing itself in 2014, Goodness Gracious bagelry quickly became the hotspot for bagel aficionados and coffee connoisseurs. Three years on and they're opening up shop in Parnell, proving the success of their first location.

Inspired by the streets of Melbourne, Goodness Gracious is soon to become your weekday lunch go-to or your Sunday afternoon destination.

Rest assured that all their staples are still being served, including The Classic with in-house smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese and rocket. Worth a mention also is The Cab with chicken, avocado, bacon and rocket — it ticks all the boxes in our books.

The Parnell location is much like its predecessor with a black and white colour palette comprising most of the interior. The space features white tiled walls, industrial detailing and an exposed brick front which seamlessly blends in with the surrounding area. During the warmer months we expect to see customers spill onto the outside tables to enjoy a brew curb side.

Whether you're dining in or after a quick takeaway, Goodness Gracious 2.0 caters for both options. You can expect a similar experience to that of the uptown location with the mechanics of the business staying the same and the new location serving as an extension of the brand.

The concept of Goodness Gracious is kept simple. Good bagels and good coffee — and that's exactly what they're getting done.
