Melbourne, rejoice. No longer will your late-night pho cravings go unsated. The team behind Hochi Mama is opening Australia's first ever 24-hour pho joint in the CBD. Pho real.

Set to open on Russell Street in the heart of the CBD, the team at Twenty Pho Seven sets out to deliver exactly what their name suggests. Pho. 24/7. Whether it's a breakfast broth or a substitute for that 4am kebab, these guys have you covered. In addition to promising "the best pho in Melbourne", Twenty Pho Seven also serves up an array of Vietnamese entrees, including rice paper rolls, spring rolls and banh mi. It will also have a number of Asian-inspired cocktails on offer, served in bubble cups.

Best part? It'll only be closed on December 25 over the Christmas and New Year period. Otherwise, it's all systems pho.

Twenty Pho Seven is now open all the time 138 Russell Street, Melbourne. For more information, visit twentyphoseven.com.au.
