Expect familiar flavours presented in modern ways at this contemporary Japanese eatery, which separates its menu by raw bites and small snacks, chargrilled meats and veggies, and larger plates. Standouts include the cured salmon with anchovy mayonnaise; slow-cooked wagyu brisket in a soy glaze; and lamb cutlets elevated with spicy miso and blue cheese.
