Lilotang

Overview

Located in Barton's Realm precinct, inside the Burbury Hotel, is Lilotang. Expect familiar flavours presented in modern ways at this contemporary Japanese eatery, which separates its menu by raw bites and small snacks, chargrilled meats and veggies, and larger plates. Standouts include the cured salmon with anchovy mayonnaise; slow-cooked wagyu brisket in a soy glaze; and lamb cutlets elevated with spicy miso and blue cheese.

The venue also features an izakaya-style bar that pours local and international drops, mixes unique and unconventional cocktails and offers a selection of sake and over 80 whisky labels. The place also offers takeaway meals, including sushi, bento boxes and poke bowls.
