Overview
Formerly known as Ona Manuka, Typica Cafe is located in Manuka Shopping Precinct in Griffith. Founded by the 2015 World Barista Champion, Sasa Sestic, this coffee spot specialises in locally roasted single-origin beans and serves up all manner of liquid gold daily: milk-based, black, pour-over, batch brew, cold brew and reserve cups.
If tea, hot chocolate, fresh juice or milkshakes are more your speed, you can also grab a cup or glass right here. The cafe serves brunch favourites like bircher, waffles, eggs on toast, inventive burgers, and plenty of sweets and pastries to satisfy your every mood. There are vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options on the menu, too.
