For a quick taster, take a Lap of the Lake, a 15-minute joy ride that gives you incredible views of Lake Burley Griffin and its architectural beauties, including Parliament House and the Australian War Memorial. Or, go further with an adventure into high country, which will transport you into the remote wilderness of Namadgi National Park. You can also turn the flight into a leisurely long lunch with a couple of tours that take you to wineries and cellar doors across the region for a meal. Tours are available seven days a week (pending weather conditions) and require advanced booking.
