Chef Jonathan Tam opened JATAK in 2022 and has already received a Michelin star for his simple  yet innovative menu. Hidden away in the unassuming suburb of Rantzausgade, this intimate venue is adorned with simple wood accenting and an open kitchen, creating a warm environment where hospitality shines. 

You can sit at the counter and watch the team craft their dishes or opt for the more private dining room.
