Sacred Gems has sold crystals from its shopfront at 141 Sydney Road in Brunswick for over four years, with a range that runs from small tumbled stones and polished pieces to natural mineral specimens and larger statement pieces. The team wants this final stretch to give familiar faces and first-time visitors alike a chance to find something special before the doors close. The small business has decided not to renew its Brunswick shop lease and will close the physical store at the end of December—but before it does, Sacred Gems is clearing the shelves with a closing sale that runs right up until its final day of trading. The discounts are in-store only, so if you've had your eye on a particular piece, it's worth dropping in sooner rather than later. The closure isn't the end of Sacred Gems altogether — the business will continue trading online once the shop shuts its doors. "It's a bittersweet change for us, and we're very grateful to everyone who has supported Sacred Gems along the way," says Sacred Gems' Darren Kong.
