Overview
The cuisine of Ikoyi defies definition, but having scooped up two Michelin stars and a place on the 2022 World's 50 Best Restaurants list, it's clear Jeremy Chan's innovative approach makes him one of the most creative chefs working in London today.
Built on a flavour foundation of British micro-seasonality and sub-Saharan West African spices, the influences transcend geographic categories. Respect for the ingredients and sustainable sourcing feature in surprising blind tastings and treats for all the senses. Every week is unique, but often features variations on smoked jollof rice and a plantain course — otherwise, it's difficult to know what to expect from this intimate, elegant dining experience. Beverages include wines, cocktails or a non-alcoholic tea pairing. Reservations open on the 1st of each month for the £300 tasting menu, or shorter lunch menu for £180.
