On the menu you'll find seasonal share plates that are ideal for grazing on in the afternoon sun. For something bite-sized, try the charcuterie board piled high with wild boar salami, noix de jambon, bush chutney and baguette. If you're after something more substantial, there's a lamb rib bush curry with wild mint honey and saltbush and cured gin ocean trout with davidson plum, taro crisps, cream fraiche and sea succulents.

The waterfront bar also specialises in gin tea cocktails. For something sweet and spicy, try the cocktail filled with gin and sweet chai spices. There's also an earl grey drink mixed with blood orange and wonderfoam and a refreshing chamomile concoction loaded with tropical fruits.
