Itching for some harbour-side drinks this weekend? Consider nabbing a spot at this mammoth Docklands entertainment hub. The former wool-storing facility is steeped in rich industrial history, dating back to the beginning of last century. As a result, this waterfront bar and restaurant has unashamedly embraced its working-class heritage, with soaring ceilings and rich timber panelling throughout. The spacious interior makes for an epic function venue, with the option to host parties in the waterside glass atrium. Live music runs from Friday to Sunday, with the gig guide crammed with a regularly rotating list of local favourites.

The food menu is a highlight reel of Australia and New Zealand's best produce, with Gippsland lamb and Riverina beef making worthy appearances. Plus, the Tuesday champagne and oyster special is an absolute steal, with a glass of Piper-Heidsieck setting you back only $12, and oysters shucked for $2 a piece.
