Mad Hatters looking for a spot to warm up this winter, you're invited to a bottomless G&Tea Party. Taking over State of Grace's King Street venue every Saturday from 11am, this festivity stars free-flowing G&Ts served in dainty teapots and teacups. And there's ample opportunity to get creative. First, choose one of five gins — classic, lemon and rosemary, lavender and blueberry, orange and rhubarb, or strawberry and basil. Next up, take your pick of mixers — be it tonic, sparkling grapefruit, ginger ale, bitter lemon or cranberry.

Matching your tipple will be a selection of afternoon treats, both savoury and sweet. Begin with whipped taramasalata blinis, then move on to pickled cucumber sandwiches with horseradish cream cheese, or perhaps some fried goat's cheese doughnuts. There's also a gooey french onion and swiss cheese toastie with thyme salt, among other delights.

For $55 a head, you'll spend two hours feasting on such delights and sipping bottomless booze — it's sure to be the most raucous tea party you've attended in a while.

State of Grace's G&Tea Parties are held every Saturday, from 11am–1pm and 2–4pm. Bookings are a must and can be made here.
