Renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, best known for his beloved Nobu restaurants worldwide, will visit his venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth as part of a highly anticipated Australian tour this May.
Fans will have a chance to interact with the culinary maestro in person and sample his signature Japanese dishes at a series of three special events from Friday, May 10, to Sunday, May 12, at Crown Melbourne.
On Friday, May 10, sample caviar, fresh oysters and sushi at the Evergreen Cocktail Event, where you'll get to meet the acclaimed chef for $450 per person.
For something more interactive, there's a sushi masterclass with Matsuhisa, followed by a four-course lunch for $350 per person on Saturday, May 11.
Or, you can choose to treat your mum to a Mother's Day Lunch with the chef. On Sunday, May 12, there'll be a four-course feast with matching wines, champagne and a welcome cocktail for $500 per person.
