Early Riser tickets have once again sold out in a heartbeat for this round of the Flour Market, but we still recommend jumping out of bed early to make sure you get the pastries of your dreams. The queue has been known to be notoriously long, so if you don’t want to spend half your life huddling outside of Collingwood Town Hall, get organised, get caffeinated, bring a $2 coin for entry, and try not to eat all of your bounty before you get home.
