Love your spirits? Then you won't want to miss this gin-soaked masterclass at Pilgrim Bar on the banks of the Yarra. In the first of a new series of Talk + Taste information sessions, the riverside venue is welcoming Sam Ng, global ambassador at Four Pillars Gin, to take attendees through the art of making — and drinking — high quality gin. Yep, turns out you've been drinking it wrong this entire time.

The liquor starts flowing down by the river at 6.30pm on Thursday, February 18. Tickets cost $15 and come with drink tastings and canapés. The event is scheduled to run for an hour, but let's face it: you'll probably spend the whole evening there.
