Enter Adrian MacGeraghty and his Makin’ Bacon workshop, during which you will learn what happens, scientifically speaking, during the process of curing. Once the basics are down, you can start talking flavoured bacon, from Sriracha hot sauce, to bourbon, and even coffee.
You’ll get to sample the goods as you create your own flavour, and — in even better news — you get to take home your own personalised bacon. All you have to bring along is some excited tastebuds and you're good to go.
