With the help of Istra Smallgoods, they’ve also created three smokey courses of bacony glory. We're talking maple bacon donuts with free-range pork crackling, bacon and sage-stuffed pork belly with bacon bone gravy, and a decadent bacon and dulce de leche ice-cream.
