Overview
For two weeks only, Brunswick cafe Drip will transform into Kafé, bringing together like-minded brands for a creative collaboration. The immersive residency is part cafe, part creative studio, part community gathering place.
Kafé was conceived by Léonie Bouchet of Racine and Trishia Mariano of Mesa Collection, two founders who value the importance of setting a table with intention. Their concept brings together French and Filipino hospitality traditions, utilising the concept of coffee as more than just a product, but as a cultural anchor.
Running between May 23 and June 6, Kafé will serve a French-Filipino menu on Mesa tablewares. The concise offering includes the likes of warm pandesal (Filipino yeast rolls), seasonal tartines, and calamansi cold-brew soda.
The space will also transform into a creative salon for workshops, events, and gatherings. On May 28, catch a Long Table Dinner featuring a curated French-Filipino menu; on May 30, experience a butter tasting; and on June 5, relax with a Bed Time with Bed Intentions workshop. Check out the full program of events online now.
