Hailing from Provence, the rosé is an elegant blush wine developed on a family estate and is steeped in luxury, lineage and legacy. The restaurant is teaming up with Minuty and showcasing two complimentary ways to sip rosé alongside their famous Cantonese flavours. First there is a luxe banquet experience for which you can book in with five of your closest for a multiple-course menu and receive a 750ml bottle of M de Minuty. Or, round up a group of eight and lean into the lush life with a magnum bottle.
Want something a little more tailored? The dinner and drinks pairing has your name on it. Sip your way through the stand-out collection of Minuty rosé drops — Minuty M, Minuty Prestige and Rose et Or — as they're matched with bites like kingfish with Sichuan oil, spicy pork wontons and crispy skin chicken.
