'Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first.' That's the motto at T by LuxBite, and we can definitely get on board. Located in the Archway food precinct at the western end of Flinders Lane, T by LuxBite is the latest venture by pastry chefs Yen Yee and Bernard Chu, who also operate the original LuxBite in South Yarra. The 'T' in their spin-off shop stands for 'tart', which is just about all they sell here – but that certainly doesn't mean you'll be lacking in options. Slices include jackfruit, chilli salt, vanilla and kaffir lime sherbet; salted caramel, marshmallow, chocolate, orange and gold; and lemon peel, meringue, vanilla and bamboo charcoal. We'll take ten of everything thanks.
