It's not often that a new restaurant opens with a nice wine list and an allowance to bring your own booze. And while Emilia isn't exactly brand new — it's taken over from Gills Diner — they've decided to keep the BYO policy on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Pop by the CBD trattoria at the start of the week and you'll be able to crack open your own bottle for a small corkage fee. It will go extremely well with your pork and beef ragu.
