Overview
If you're a fan of sports, you'll love what Darebin International Sports Centre has on offer. The expansive athletic facility is located within the John Cain Memorial Park and is home to the State Lawn Bowls Centre, the State Cycling Centre and the State Football Centre.
As such, there's usually something going on here — whether it's lawn bowls on one of the four international-standard greens (the venue was the site of the lawn bowls competition at the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games), a soccer match on one of the three synthetic pitches, or a thrilling race around the impressive 250-metre indoor velodrome.
