Situated along a stretch of the Great Ocean Road, Wildlife Wonders was launched as a special conservation area for field research and environmental tours. Led by Brian Massey, an art director for The Hobbit movies, this serene 50-acre haven presents a stark contrast to the wastelands of Mordor.

You can enjoy a tour along the all-ability, 1.4-kilometre path, led by an experienced conservationist. As you meander through, you'll gain insight into the Otways' stunning biosphere and hopefully spot an adorable koala or two. Then, kick back with a coffee at the on-site Emu Cafe and pick up some souvenirs from the gift shop on your way out.
