Chadstone might be one of Melbourne's go-to destinations for fashion and entertainment, but it's not usually where you'd expect to encounter peace and serenity. That is until now, as KĀYA Health Clubs has launched its third location to date amid the sprawling shopping centre, offering an elevated escape filled with wellness, fitness and relaxation.

The brand's most ambitious project so far, this new southeast sanctuary follows the same format as KĀYA Health Clubs' locations in Prahran and the Emporium in the CBD, with a mission to provide an all-in-one wellness destination. And with this in mind, the landmark Chadstone health club is more than equipped to become your new home of movement, training and recovery.

Inside, you'll find two dedicated reformer pilates studios, a yoga studio, a HIIT studio for circuit classes, distinct cardio and weight zones and a recovery lounge complete with an infrared sauna, red light therapy and compression therapy. Plus, with 120 expert-led classes running every week, you won't be short on opportunities to make the most of your membership.

"From the very beginning, the KĀYA vision was about much more than creating a health club. We wanted to build a sanctuary — a space that honours ancient traditions, embraces modern science, and helps our members live with more balance and strength. Chadstone is the fullest expression of that vision yet," says KĀYA Health Clubs co-founder Christian Ruggeri.

As Chadstone's premier health club, the new location's contemporary wellness experience was shaped by the leading architecture practice, Studio Nine. Expressed as a unified wellness vision, expect movement, mindfulness, community and care to resonate throughout each space, whether you're heading along for sunrise yoga or a post-work fitness circuit.

Launched in 2012 by husband-and-wife duo Christian and Koula Ruggeri, KĀYA Health Clubs is the result of the couple's 35 years of industry experience. At the centre of it all is a goal to reshape the everyday health club experience, where top-notch facilities, experienced instructors and all-encompassing wellness help create an unmistakable sense of belonging.

KĀYA Health Clubs Chadstone is now open at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Head to the website for more information.
