Overview
The one they call Trap Lord, and the one who calls himself A$AP Ferg will make his first appearance in New Zealand this March for two shows, including The Studio in Auckland on March 28 and Bodega in Wellington on March 29, 2014.
The Harlem-based rapper is one of the most prominent members of A$SP Rocky's hip hop collective, A$AP Mob. As the story goes, Ferg was encouraged by Rocky to enter the rap game after it was recognized that he had "impeccable hustle". Since 2010, the two have collaborated on various singles including "Get High" and "Kissin' Pink".
In his off time Ferg moonlights as a clothing designer and has created high-end belts worn by Chris Brown, Swizz Beatz, and Diggy Simmons.
