Easter High Tea
This indulgent high tea is serving up three tiers of treats — including cinnamon butter-slathered hot cross buns.
Overview
QT Wellington's Hippopotamus is best-known for its indulgent themed high tea services. For its Easter offering this year, the restaurant and cocktail bar is swapping out cucumber sandwiches and tea scones to present three tiers of speciality Easter-inspired cuisine.
That means a selection of sweet and savouries including, of course, hot cross buns with cinnamon butter, braised hare pies, Easter egg macarons, carrot cake and more. See the full menu here.
The high tea sittings will run every Saturday and Sunday from April 2 until April 24. The service will set you back $49 per person and bookings are essential.
