Overview
Independent DIY music and arts festival Chronophonium have formed an alliance with youth vote drivers RockEnrol for a concert encouraging people to ‘give a fuck’ in this year’s General Election.
The concert will feature bands under the ‘indie’ umbrella taking the stage, including math-rock band HDSPNS, Dunedin’s Males, fuzz-pop band Beach Pigs, the project of Sharpie Crows frontman Ron Gallipoli, cosmic-punk jazz band Terracotta Cat, electronic artist Tawahinga and the mysterious Chrony de Zound.
The concert is free to those who make a promise to register to vote.
