Overview

Civic Square's dynamic contemporary art space City Gallery Wellington is reopening with a guided tour to suit this moment of social distancing. Starter for Ten will see groups of ten trace the gallery floor across 45 minutes. The Gallery's tour guides will give you an introduction to the current exhibitions and a brief history of the venue.

Current shows include works made for the sky, 'anti-form' sculptures from petrified twine, an experimental feminist film, and performance, photography and video channelling historical spirits and consequences through masquerade.

The tours are totally free and can currently be booked for four Saturdays: 20 and 27 June, 4 and 11 July.
