Overview

Having rounded up a hoard of talented, international artists, producers Cinzah Merkens and Aaron Glasson are unleashing their spray can-friendly colleagues on the walls of MOTAT's The Idea Collective exhibition in the name of environmental innovation. Artists involved are: Lauren YS (Oakland, USA), Twoone (Berlin, Germany), Vexta (New York, USA/Melbourne, Australia) and Meggs (Melbourne, Australia/Los Angeles, USA).

MOTAT's The Idea Collective is a multimedia, multi-dimensional exhibition space showcasing everything and anything related to the word innovation. A spokesperson for MOTAT says, "It is not a conventional museum exhibition, but rather a dynamic, evolving, collaborative project". The Idea Collective features a beautiful array of work from innovators, artists, designers, and technologists of various descriptions including Think & Shift, Eat My Lunch, Generation Zero, HivemindMohiomaps, Cinzah, Hubbub, Milarky & Dside, and Puck Murphy.

The Idea Collective also features a pop-up video arcade, a cinema space for works of the digital variety and a "creative work space" where gawkers can watch artists and innovators creating their work in the flesh.
