Tour de France at Le Chef
A liquid expedition.
Overview
Rather than a tribute to the famed bike race, Tour de France at Le Chef will invite diners to learn about five wines from the top five wine producing regions of France: Champagne, Burgundy, Rhone Valley, Bordeaux and Liore.
Each wine will be matched with a special dish from the Le Chef kitchen. The restaurant's head sommelier will share special characteristics and stories of each of the wines and regions and why they work well together with the matched dishes.
