Overview
The unsurpassable union of wine and cheese will be the focus of this aptly titled Auckland Restaurant Month event.
Nick Hewitt from wine distribution company Negociants NZ will lead guests through an extensive wine and cheese selection over the course of the evening, homing in on the characteristics of each region and flavour profiles. Already revealed pairings include: chaource cheese served with Guigal Côtes du Rhône 2014 and goat brie paired with Domaine Lafite Bordeaux 2014.
The evening will be a great one for those eager to learn more about life's greatest pleasures, and trot out the newfound knowledge at dinner parties to come. Tickets include five wine and cheese pairings.
