Eau de Vie's cocktail masterclass puts the shaker in your hand rather than the bartender's. This is a genuinely hands-on 90-minute session, with a professional bartender walking your group of up to 18 through the actual mechanics of making three cocktails from scratch.
Pick a lane — shaken (cosmopolitan, margarita), stirred (Manhattan, classic martini), or refreshing (mojito, Aperol Spritz) — with non-alcoholic versions available across the board, plus light snacks to soak it all up. At $110 a head, it's built for groups: birthdays, work events, or just an excuse to get everyone doing something with their hands instead of standing around a bar.
