While there are simple light beers and wine available, sparkling wine and cocktails are more the focus. Bright, refreshing signature cocktails that scream summer, like the bellini margarita or Bite Me: licorice vodka, blood orange liqueur and cocchi rosa. They're complemented by a simple, pared-back menu of snacks like popcorn, olives and burgers.
