A new non-commercial music and arts festival will take place just north of Auckland in Te Arai, Wellsford over two nights at the end of the month (January 31 - February 2).

Off The Radar is a collaborative effort without support by corporate sponsors or brand entities. It is organised by the promoters of Germany's Fusion Festival as well as a handful of individuals across this side of the world.

The musical lineup of 30 artists is sure to satisfy even the fussiest of tastes, boasting a mixture of indie, hip hop, electronica, drum n' bass, folk, blues and all kinds of "off the radar" stuff. Kinetic and visual art from Auckland's End Of The Line, Germany's Klappen and Dieselqueen, and fire art installations by Maja Explosiv of  Switzerland will transform the festival location into a treat for the senses, backing up the event's focus of being more than just a simple party to get drunk and and dance.

The festival has a capacity for about 3000 visitors and free camping next to the site.

The full line-up includes

Astronautalis, BJ Morriszonkle, Blades, Captain Morgan, Cooper., Daedelus, Dale Rohan, Daniel Wilhelm, Dieselkaraoke-Rebell, FIORD, Formidable Vegetable Sound System, H.Heh, Inventive, j?lo?, Larry Bang Bang, Logan Baker, Made For Chickens By Robots, Madmotormiquel, Mal Webb, Marcus Carp & Sista Lexa, Mice On Stilts, Monster Zoku Onsomb!, Moppy, Nico Stojan, Night Gaunts, Orchestra Of Spheres, Sheep, Dog & Wolf, Simon Beeston, Sole, Soulflex, The Impossible No Goods, The Murder Chord, TREi, Uncle Barnie and Zayn Kemp.
