Overview

If you were a little bit too silly during the silly season, Almighty is now here to help thanks to the Almighty Active Reset. Until Wednesday, February 21, the juice, energy drink and sparkling water brand is joining forces with local wellness and fitness experts to help its customers reset both physically and mentally.

The week-long program is completely free and suitable for any type of fitness level, aiming to not just promote exercise but to create balance, set healthy habits and, most of all, have a lot of fun. The best thing about it is that the challenge is completely online, so you can do all of these things without leaving the house.

All you have to do is register on Almighty's website, which will allow you to access a week's worth of different types of activities. Sessions include flow yoga with Sala, a high intensity workout with outdoor workout class Fitness All Together and runs with the Neighbourhood Track Club. The latter are for anyone who's looking to give running a crack and, during the club's tutorial, the group will be sharing their tips and tricks to hit the ground running — no pun intended.

Think you'll need a rest after all that? What better way than to refuel your body than with a smoothie bowl from Soul Boul? The Mount Maunganui-based cafe is sharing the recipe for the perfect bowl, to energise and nourish your hard-working bod.

Next, rev up again with The Hiit Squad's bodyweight workout, before winding down of the week with a mindful moment led by ReMind and a session with Mode Studio, a new wellbeing hub in Auckland focused on recovery.
