Overview

Japanese-inspired eatery Bambuchisan and Tex-Mex-style food truck Taco Addicts are teaming up for a four-course collaborative dinner to showcase seasonal produce.

The multi-course feast has been on the cards for Bambuchisan head chef Jonny Taggart and Taco Addicts owner Amber Sturtz since February. While the pair are keeping schtum about the menu, they can reveal that it is more Mexican/Tex-Mex-inspired than Japanese, and the four courses will consist of a tostada, a vegetable, a taco and a dessert. Further, it has been created based on what will be in season at the time.

Tickets are $55 each, with the Humanitix booking fee going back to Room to Read, a literacy program for children in low-income communities.
