Overview

New Zealand brother-sister duo Broods are coming back to where it all began for a nationwide tour around Aotearoa in 2023.

After two years of tour cancellations and postponements, the 10-time NZ Music Award-winning act will be embarking on their nationwide Space Island album tour in April, hitting Christchurch, Auckland and Wellington across three dates.

Since their first tour in 2014, the pair have collaborated with Lorde, HAIM and Taylor Swift and performed at major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza — as well as amassing over a billion streams.

Kiwi audiences will get to see bangers from their latest album like 'Piece Of My Mind,' 'Heartbreak' and 'I Keep' — that last one features US pop artist Tove Lo. But hopefully some of their original tracks will get some air time — it would be a Broods show without belting along to 'Bridges', after all.

The tour kicks off on Saturday, April 22 at the Ngaio Marsh Theatre in Christchurch, before travelling upwards to Auckland's Powerstaion Friday, April 28. Their final show will be at Wellington's Hunter Lounge on Saturday April 29. Head to Eventfinda for tour details and to nab tickets.
