Dogs 'n' Togs
An afternoon of fun in the sun and plenty of splashing.
Overview
With summer coming to an end and Khandallah pools closing up shop to all humans, the annual Dogs 'n' Togs event is officially back with more adorable pooches than you can handle and a great opportunity to get your pup out socialising.
The Khandallah outdoor pools are set in 60 hectares of beautiful native bush, creating a shady and tranquil environment to let your pooches run free. They can paddle, dive and fetch — and they'll even have free reign of the park next door to run wild. To prevent overcrowding, each session will run for 30 minutes, with small dogs (up to 10 kilograms) ruling the pools from 10–10.30am. General admission (all dogs, all sizes) will swim from 10.30am until 2pm.
This event will go ahead rain or shine, so make sure to bring weather-appropriate gear for you and your dog. Each ticket costs $6 and you'll also need to bring along plenty of poo bags, a lead for your dog and floating device (if required). So, treat your loyal canine companions to an afternoon of fun in the sun and plenty of splashing this March.
