Flora and Fizz at QT Wellington

Perrier-Jouët is setting up shop at QT Wellington this month for the hotel's luxurious Flora and Fizz tasting experience.

From Saturday February 10–Sunday, May 5, QT's plush Gallery Lounge will be transformed into the home of Perrier-Jouët, with soft floral tones spreading throughout the space as an homage to the champagne house's distinctive flower-adorned bottle design.

Guests can choose between two different bar-side tipples — 'Enchanted Discoveries' and 'Taste of Nature'. 'Enchanted Discoveries' is best suited to those who adore champagne, with five different tastings of Perrier-Jouët, including two of its most lavish drops, Belle Époque and Belle Époque Rosé.

For those just wanting to dip their toe in, 'Taste of Nature' is the perfect way to do so. Guests will be a taster of three champagnes from Perrier-Jouët's Blason collection which consists of its Brut, rosé and Blanc du Blanc bubbles.

Perrier-Jouët will also make an appearance at QT Wellington's restaurant Hippopotamus, who will be hosting a champagne high tea throughout the Flora and Fizz series. The high tea will run on Saturdays and Sundays, with chefs dreaming up the perfect sweet treats and savoury snacks to pair with a glass of bubbles.
