Until mid-December, House of Dumplings is offering informative and interactive dumpling classes. Learn how to make your own pastry, fillings and fold the perfect dumpling, as well as cooking and, of course, eating them. You'll have the opportunity to dabble in savoury flavours such as free-range Shanghai pork and savoy cabbage (vegan options are also available). For those with a sweet tooth there's orange blossom and almond dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth.
For $75 per person, you'll have a full belly of dumplings, bottomless jasmine green tea, as well as the recipes and knowledge to create your own morsels at home.
