Overview

If you've got a friend who constantly says he's 'the man' at bowling, but you've never actually seen him bowl, then this one's for you. On Sunday, 21 July and Tuesday, 23 July, The Roxy Cinema will be hosting a one-off The Big Lebowski event that will blow your jelly sandals off.

For those in the know, prepare to be wowed by Head Chef Nic Spicer's version of the Out 'n' In burger. Served during the intermission, every ticketholder can choose from a classic Californian cheeseburger or a Hollywood Hipster vegan pattie — and for the gluten intolerant fans you're catered for with a lettuce bun.

If, like The Dude, you're a white russian fan, you'll also be well catered for (don't go sneaking in your own milky vodka in that cardigan). On sale at the 'Jackie Treehorn' satellite bar perched particularly close to the cinema door, The Roxy bartenders have stuck to the classic recipe for ultra fans. And yes, it will be served in a glass, dude.

So, if you and your buddies are keen for an evening with Jeff Bridges and his wondrous rug, head to Roxy Cinema's website for details. If you find it's not really your scene after almost 21 years? Well, that's just your opinion, man.
