Every Sunday morning, Wellington's Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing hosts a koha stretching session to give back to the community. The dynamic vinyasa-style classes run for an hour and a half at Awhi's Johnson Street studio from 10am.
Under the guidance of Awhi co-owner Jase Te Patu, you can expect to balance your mind, body and soul in the purpose-built heated space, which sits around 32 degrees. Entry to the class is by donation and visitors are welcome to pay what they can afford. All proceeds from the event go to Youthline Wellington.
