Making Perfect Paella
A pretty fabulous and functional night.
Overview
One of the best things about Visa WOAP is the immersive look you get right into the kitchens of some of Wellington's best restaurateurs, chefs and foodies. Zibibbo is one of our best restaurants, and boasts a Michelin-starred chef, Adam Newell. This year, Adam's leading a class in making the classic and delicious Spanish dish, paella.
The $80 class includes a glass of sangria on arrival and demonstration from Adam. Follow that up with three courses of Spanish fare and you've got yourself a pretty fabulous night. And you can even get a copy of the recipe for yourself. Correction: a pretty fabulous and functional night.
Making Perfect Paella has sold out in two sessions but there are two left-
