Overview

It is not often that a New Zealand artist is noticed by the likes of Rolling Stone and Billboard Magazine, even rarer then that one is given such high praise by these publications as being "captivating" or having "the voice of an angel". Nor is it often that a New Zealand artist sells out back-to-back shows in London.

Raised in Lyttleton, Christchurch, now based in Melbourne, Marlon Williams is a country singer, songwriter, and wonderful guitarist. With a voice that seems far too distinguished for modern day pop radio, Williams sounds as though he would be more at home amongst the likes of Roy Orbison - or dare I say it, Elvis Presley.

The former founder of The Unfaithful Ways has just released his debut self-titled solo album in late April, this tour comes in partnership with that release. With Williams performing at Mount Eden's historic Crystal Palace Theatre, and seemingly on a path to international adoration, this show has the potential to be something truly special.
