Massive Crushes
A mix of morbid monologues about sex, death, love, anxiety, revolution and tomatoes.
Overview
Wellington's favourite theatre BATS is bringing the goods this December with eight evenings of Massive Crushes, a mix of morbid monologues about sex, death, love, anxiety, revolution and tomatoes.
Directed by Isobel Mackinnon, Massive Crushes uses dark comedy to express ideas on feminism in modern society. Following that theme, the stage show stars a cast of inspirational females, including Hannah Banks, Freya Daly Sadgrove, Stevie Hancox-Monk, Hannah Kelly, Isadora Lao, Lucy McCarthny, Harriet Prebble, Trae Te Wiki and Maggie Leigh White.
This event is full of vibrant, creative energy and plenty of young talent to get excited about. Tickets start at $15 and shows run from 5 to 13 December.
