Our Naked Mates

Overview

With members ranging from sculptors, illustrators and painters, art collective Our Naked Mates have “been making amazing shit in the vicinity of each other for ages,” and believe that art should be fun rather than hard.

The group of close friends will present their latest exhibition of low brow art at Matchbox Studios from March 17 to 29, with intentions to make attendees smile and laugh, rather than think. Our Naked Mates consists of Wellington artists: Tesha Lua, Tom Wallace, Becky Popham, Brodie Nel, Mike Robinson and Tash Mackie.
