Pass the Gat: Warren Maxwell, Thomas Oliver & Louis Baker

Overview

Three gentlemen known for their distinctive songwriting talents and impressive musical chops will take the stage for a night of genre-mashing and instrument swapping.

Originally commissioned as part of the Auckland Arts Festival in March this year, Pass the Gat will finally be resurrected in Wellington with hometown heroes Warren Maxwell of Trinity Roots and Little Bushman fame, internationally acclaimed Weissenborn guitarist Thomas Oliver, and Red Bull Music Academy alumnus Louis Baker joining forces.

The show, which Radio NZ simply described as a “unique evening,” will see the trio perform each others material as well as take turns on the guitar to bust out some additional material and crowd pleasers.
