If you've always wanted to learn the art of making pasta then look no further than this hands-on workshop. Hosted at Vivian Street's Smashed Avocados, Pasta, Pasta, Pasta is an informative and delicious evening of pasta making from scratch.
The $35 ticket price includes five recipes and tips and tricks from the pasta experts at Syd Workshops. You'll be learning how to create pasta — including fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli, bowtie — from scratch without machinery and using your hands.
You will also get the opportunity to discover the flavours and processes that go into creating a pasta dish that's sure to impress any dinner guest. Not only will you leave this workshop full of delicious pasta, but with a whole new set of skills to create similar dishes at home.
