Pickle & Pie on Lombard Street in the city is known for its speedy service with a smile and food for the soul. Once again, this New York-style deli is putting on a spread with all the trimmings. For $50 you can gobble roast turkey sammies and rejoice with some humble pumpkin pie. Wash it all down with a pickled bloody mary (this one's an additional $15).
